Eric Citron is a managing director of Flash Capital Investment Partners LP, with responsibility for managing and overseeing the firm’s legal research and analysis, including due diligence and investment selection. Eric joined Flash Capital from the well-known Supreme Court and Appellate litigation boutique Goldstein & Russell, P.C., and is an accomplished appellate litigator, having argued cases in the Supreme Court and throughout the federal and state courts of appeals. He also teaches Supreme Court and appellate litigation at Harvard Law School. Eric’s appellate practice focused on representing plaintiffs in complex antitrust, competition, and consumer protection matters, but also included a variety of other issues. Before joining Goldstein & Russell, Eric clerked for Supreme Court Justices Elena Kagan and Sandra Day O’Connor, D.C. Circuit Judge David Tatel, and D.C. District Court Judge James Robertson. He also served as Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, and in the Supreme Court and Appellate practice at WilmerHale.
Eric lives in Virginia with his wife Jamie and three children. He graduated summa cum laude from Harvard College and holds a J.D. from Yale Law School.
